On August 22nd, step into The Fight Within the Fight — the second installment of the Black Belt Immersion Seminar Series — an intense and transformational training experience designed to prepare dedicated practitioners for the road to the 2027 Black Belt Grading at the historic 70th Anniversary Camp.
This seminar will take students deep into the world of disarms, counter-disarms, and the legendary Presas Family System of Palis-Palis. More than techniques, this is about understanding the chess match inside combat — the constant battle for position, control, flow, and survival that exists inside every encounter.
You will learn not only how to take away an opponent’s weapon… but how to reclaim control when they try to take yours.

Leading this journey is Datu Tim Hartman, Tribal Chief of the World Modern Arnis Alliance, bringing decades of knowledge, pressure-tested experience, and direct lineage to the material being taught.
Hosted at Horizon Martial Arts — headquarters of the World Modern Arnis Alliance — this event is more than a seminar. It is part of a larger movement to rebuild, strengthen, and prepare the next generation of black belts for the future of Modern Arnis.
