On November 7th, 2026, we invite you to join us in West Seneca, New York, in the Metro-Buffalo area, for a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Buffalo Martial-Con isn’t just an event—it’s a celebration of martial arts culture, community, and creativity, all under one roof.

Buffalo Martial-Con grew out of the Buffalo Niagara Laban Laro, one of the oldest Filipino Martial Arts tournaments in North America. What started as a respected competition has now evolved into something even bigger—and even more exciting.

At the heart of the event is Laban Laro, a dynamic hybrid that blends Filipino Martial Arts tournament traditions with classic karate tournament formats. Expect intense and inspiring competition across point fighting, stick fighting, kata, weapons, synchronized forms, extreme forms, and 19 Grand Championship divisions. Whether you’re a competitor, coach, or spectator, there will be nonstop action on the floor.

But that’s just the beginning.

Buffalo Martial-Con will also feature vendors, special martial arts guests, and plenty of surprises. And who knows who might walk through the doors—we may even have a few guest cosplayers joining the fun. This event is designed to bring together martial artists, fans, families, and the curious, all in one electric atmosphere.
