Black Belt Immersion VIII: The Final Flow
April 3, 2027 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Every journey reaches a moment of truth.
One final push.
One final sharpening.
One final opportunity to prepare before stepping onto the floor at the historic 70th Anniversary Camp.
On April 3rd, the Black Belt Immersion Seminar Series reaches its explosive conclusion with the eighth and final installment — a deep dive into the fast, relentless, and flowing world of Kombatan Doble Baston.
This seminar is dedicated entirely to double stick combat.
Students will immerse themselves in the complete range of material from the Presas Arnis double-stick series, exploring Sinawalis, blocking patterns, counter-for-counter exchanges, disarms, transitions, flow drills, and the combat principles that make Doble Baston one of the most dynamic weapon systems in Filipino Martial Arts.
This is where coordination becomes instinct.
Where rhythm becomes pressure.
Where movement becomes combat.
The final installment will also include a complete review of all forms covered throughout the Black Belt Immersion Series — one last opportunity to sharpen technique, correct details, refine timing, and prepare mentally and physically for testing at the 70th Anniversary Camp.
Led by Datu Tim Hartman, Tribal Chief of Modern Arnis and head of the World Modern Arnis Alliance, this seminar represents the culmination of months of preparation, growth, and commitment.
The event will be held at Horizon Martial Arts — headquarters of the World Modern Arnis Alliance — located at 280 Center Road, West Seneca, New York, in the Wimbledon Plaza.
Whether attending in person or online, every participant will receive a digital copy of the seminar, ensuring that the lessons and material remain available long after the event concludes.
For many, this will be the final tune-up before testing.
For others, it will be the beginning of the next chapter.
Either way… the time is now.
Train harder.
Flow faster.
And finish the journey strong.
